Roles and Responsibilities 

Accounting Management and Analysis

• Supervise and validate the recording of accounting transactions: payroll, fixed assets, revenue, and accounts receivable/payable.
• Support the monthly and annual accounting close, ensuring strict compliance with internal and statutory deadlines.
• Analyse financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Handle electronic invoicing (facturación electrónica).

Budgetary Control

• Participate in budget preparation.
• Perform monthly variance analysis (budget vs. actual).
• Prepare financial forecasts.

Technology

• Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
• Experience with Spring ERP (Accounting, Payroll, Logistics, Accounts Payable, Educational, and Commercial modules).
• SUNAT Platform management (PLAME, Tax Filings, SIRE, Annual Income Tax Returns, among others).

Required Knowledge and Competencies

Essential

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (with Peruvian Licence).
• Experience: Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in accounting analysis roles, preferably in educational institutions, universities, or the service sector.
• Languages: Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Strong proficiency in IFRS.

Technical Knowledge:

• Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of tax and labour legislation applicable to the educational sector.
• Excel Skills: Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, basic macros).
• Systems: Previous experience working with an ERP system.
